Simple Cream Cheese Frosting from Rachel Schultz

Simple Cream Cheese Frosting
Makes about 6 cups

4 sticks of butter
4 cups powdered sugar
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a large bowl, beat ingredients together with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy. It took me about 2 minutes. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
