Some people love it; some people hate it. Blue cheese is almost as polarizing as Tim Tebow. I’m a fan of both.
Blue Cheese Biscuit Bites
Makes 40 small biscuits
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 sticks butter
1 and 1/4 cup milk
12 ounces blue cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Cut butter into cubes and add to dry ingredients. Using a pastry blender, fork, or your hands, mix until crumbly.
Slowly mix in cheese and milk. Roll dough on to a flat surface and form individual biscuits. Bake for 12 minutes.
