I’m a longtime reader, first time commenter. I just had to say that we loved this. My family loves seafood, but I rarely serve it, mostly because I just tolerate it. However, as of late they have been trying to persuade me to have it once a week. I decided to give this a try. We have 5 kids, from teenager to toddler. It was a hit from my husband to the toddler! I really liked it as well. The salsa and avocado really helped temper any”fishy” flavor. I am looking forward to when your cookbook is released.

That’s great, Diane. You posting has inspired me to make these again too : )

  • It was SUPER good, if I do say so myself.

  • This looks fantastic. I must make this!
