BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA PINWHEELS

I don’t have much to say about this recipe other than nom nom nom.

Oh, and other than those noms, I would like to say these are super versatile. You can make any pizza ever. I’m not even crazy for bbq chicken pizza. But the husband loooooves it, so I’ve learned to appreciate it. Bottom line: make these however you please.

BBQ Chicken Pizza Pinwheels by Rachel Schultz

BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA PINWHEELS
Serves 3-4

1 batch perfect pizza dough
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
3 tablespoons cilantro, minced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll dough into a rectangle about 1/2″ thick on a floured surface. Spread bbq sauce evenly over dough. Top with cheddar, chicken, red onion, and cilantro.

Carefully roll rough lengthwise. Slice into 3/4″ wide rolls and place face up on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until slightly golden. Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
