CREAMY PESTO GNOCCHI WITH PEPPERED GREEN BEANS

April 3, 2013

Okay, I have yet to make homemade gnocchi. But we are starting here. (I AM EXCITED AT THE CONCEPT OF HOMEMADE GNOCCHI!! When the time is right.) I’m now giving this version a try with storebosugh gnocchi. (Still fine, but I know it won’t compare to homemade. I just already know.) Also this has green beans aka french beans so I’m immediately interested. And a yummy pesto so here we go for a dinner. Lastly, I LOVE RICOTTA!

  • I tried a homemade gnocchi recipe with a tomato based sauce once, and I didn’t like it so much; Your recipe sounds and looks very appetizing! I will definitely try to put this together this week.
