This is some million dollar icing.

I’m not precisely sure what I mean by million dollar. That I’d pay that much for this recipe? Sure. We’ll go with that. And if you want to get literal that you wouldn’t really pay a MILLION for this. Well, stop being a grouch. We’re eating frosting, after all. And this frosting is good.

Million Dollar Frosting from Rachel Schultz

VANILLA ICING
Makes about 2 cups

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar

Cream together butter, milk, and vanilla. Slowly incorporate powdered sugar while continuing to mix.

    HELP!!!
    Does anyone have a recipe for Almond Butter Icing.I found a recipe for Seven Up Cake on the P.E.I. Tourism site & it says you can frost with Almond Butter Icing but they didn’t put a recipe in for that. I’ve looked thru all my recipe books & magazines & can’t find one. I would really appreciate if you would share with me if you have one.Thank you very much. Huggz Bren

      All you do is make a buttercream icing and use almond extract for vanilla plus add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
