CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

Last week was my blog’s second birthday, so I guess I wanted another themed week. Yesterday, I shared my go-to plain muffin base, and for the rest of this week I’ll be adapting it to make all the classic muffins. First up, chocolate chip!

CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS from Rachel Schultz

CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Serves 12 muffins

1 batch classic muffins
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare classic muffins according to above recipe. Fold chocolate chips into batter. Divide batter into a greased or lined muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes.
