BLUE CHEESE, BACON & PEAR PIZZA

April 15, 2015

The combination of these three ingredients is one of my favorites in all of cooking. Where are you at with blue cheese? It was only a matter of time before it became a pizza. David, who normally does not like fruit on his pizza, even appreciated the sweetness of the pear along with these savory flavors. Where are you at with fruit on pizza? Is that your stance for just pineapple or all types of fruit? Here are even more pizza recipes, if desired.

What kind of mozz cheese do you use? i used the fresco (??) stuff today and tried to shred it. I’ve heard for pizza you need good quality cheese?

I don’t eat pears very often so I don’t know what the norm is… Do you take the skin off or leave it? Or is it just your preference?
