PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES

June 16, 2016

There are certain ingredients I love to experiment with in baking because they often make the final product so wonderfully soft. On that list are favorites like applesauce, banana, avocado, and pumpkin. Baked goods with them included are almost always a win.

And of course, peanut butter. I love the gooey texture it brings and that nuttiness lends itself to a dessert feeling more hearty and less PURE SUGAR! with no flavor complexity. (Although these are still magnificently sweet!)
