EASY GARLIC GRAVY

July 21, 2016

We are really into potatoes as sides. French fries, of course, are everything. But also the more healthy ones too – mashed sweet potatoes, roasted red skins, yukons in a stew.

If you love potatoes, you need a good gravy as side kick. Lots of garlic has never steered me wrong.

This sounds amazingly tasty. Of course, it would be delicious on potatoes but I was talking with a friend and we agreed that it could also serve as a sauce for a chicken recipe. Can’t wait to try this sauce.
