PECAN & GOAT CHEESE TRUFFLES

September 15, 2016

Cheese balls win the forever award for most disproportionate fanciness to amount of work needed ratio. They are so easy to put together and yet putting out a cool one at a party with just a couple special ingredients has everyone feeling like this is a vanity fair.

Goat cheese is my homeboy. These have mint, dried cranberry, and pecans too. And once again, you make these using the same level of effort you need for when you are absent half-heartedly making play dough shapes with children.
