(Slow Cooker!) Thanksgiving Turkey Breast

October 25, 2016

Like most people, we have a one oven set up in our kitchen. (I dream of a double!) Until then, on Thanksgiving we join the voices across the nation calling for as many Thanksgiving dishes as possible to not need oven space to be prepared. Slow cooker turkey breast? The best! It clears the oven and get the meat so tender and flavorful. I don’t go for the slow cooker on most things, but here, it really works. Also most of us prefer white meat.

How long would you cook for an 8.75lb turkey breast? I also can’t tell if it’s boneless or not, the package says with ribs, so I’m assuming it does? Or would it say boneless if it didn’t? Sorry for the stupid questions! This is my first time cooking turkey and I want to get it right.

Would this still work if you doubled the recipe?

    Hope all’s okay.
