Occasionally we all must make a dessert for someone who does not like chocolate. And that is when BLONDIES can come in. Or if you like chocolate you can still go for these. For me, there is one essential thing that must be true of any brownie or cookie bar type dessert baked good. And that is that they are SOFT. There are too many dry cookie bars in the world. These are buttery delicious blondies. A classic recipe to delight the family!
