APPLESAUCE OAT MUFFINS

January 13, 2018

When I first started making these muffins I wanted to find or create a recipe that could be made with all ingredients I keep on hand. No apple, no problem. When I need an injection of fall feels or just something easy for breakfasts this week, I can spontaneously make these.

If you’re like me applesauce is a staple you just keep around in the pantry. Probably due to toddler lifestyle. But with or without that, I love applesauce in baked goods because it makes them absurdly soft.
