BLUEBERRY PEACH MANGO SMOOTHIE

January 22, 2018

The very first time I made some iteration of this smoothie, we were newlyweds. It was ninety degrees in Michigan and David was working hard assembling ikea furniture. These were ideal conditions for a smoothie treat. Prepare yourself for a nutritious, refreshing, and very tasty drink. I use fresh mangoes and blueberries. Then frozen peaches, because those are the ones I find most difficult to get my hands on fresh in my region, especially out of season.

Mostly you just need a frozen element, so if you’d rather do frozen mangoes, or frozen cubes of almond milk, or whatever else, go for it.
