CHOCOLATE LASAGNA
- 9x13 pan of brownies
- 3 cups chocolate pudding
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- Allow brownies to cool.
- Spread pudding over brownies and chill in refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, whisk heavy cream in a stand mixer for 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.
- Layer whipped cream on top of pudding.
- Top with crush chocolate sandwich cookies.
