JALAPENO POPPER PIZZA

- 1 batch perfect pizza dough
- ¼ cup corn meal
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 and ½ cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (optional)
- Preheat oven to 475.
- Roll pizza dough out on a flat, corn meal dusted surface.
- Spread cream cheese in an even layer over dough.
- Top with monterey jack cheese, jalapeños, bacon, shallot, and chicken.
- Bake 10-14 minutes.
