ORANGE BALSAMIC SLOW COOKER ROAST

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chuck shoulder roast
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flake
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • Salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Place potatoes into base of slow cooker.
  2. Lay meat on top.
  3. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over meat and potatoes.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
