AVOCADO BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
- 1 cup avocado
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 and ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Beat butter in an electric mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Add avocado and beat for 1 minute.
- Slowly incorporate powdered sugar. Mix in milk and salt until incorporated.
