ANGEL FOOD CUPCAKES

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • ½ cup flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 6 egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Whip cream
  • Strawberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together salt, corn starch, and flour. Beat together egg whites on high for 1 minute.
  2. Add tartar, sugar, and vanilla, beating for another 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Divide batter into lined cupcake tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Top with whipped cream and berries.
