ANGEL FOOD CAKE FRENCH TOAST STICKS

- 1 double batch angel food cake (or store bought)
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Whip Cream
- Syrup
- Strawberries
- Slice angel food cake into 1 and ½ inch pieces.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Dip angel food cake in egg mixture and cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Top with whip cream, syrup, and berries.
