ANGEL FOOD CAKE FRENCH TOAST STICKS

Ingredients
  • 1 double batch angel food cake (or store bought)
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Whip Cream
  • Syrup
  • Strawberries
Instructions
  1. Slice angel food cake into 1 and ½ inch pieces.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Dip angel food cake in egg mixture and cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Top with whip cream, syrup, and berries.
