AVOCADO PESTO PASTA

Ingredients
  • 1 pound pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups my favorite pesto
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded (optional)
  • Parmesan, grated
Instructions
  1. While pesto is still in food processor, add avocado and pulse until creamy.
  2. Combine avocado pesto with cooked pasta and chicken.
  3. Top with parmesan.
