THE BEST WAY TO MAKE SUMMER CORN ON THE COB
- 4 ears corn, halved
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup salted butter
- Place butter and milk in a large pot and fill about ⅔ full with water. Bring to a boil.
- Add corn and reduce heat to simmer for 6-8 minutes.
