SLOW COOKER RICE PUDDING

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rice
  • 24 ounces evaporated milk
  • 14 ounces coconut milk
  • 1 and ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon sugar, coconut, or chocolate chips for toppings
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into slow cooker (except toppings) and stir to combine.
  2. Cook on high for three hours. Serve with desired toppings.
