SLOW COOKER RICE PUDDING
- 2 cups rice
- 24 ounces evaporated milk
- 14 ounces coconut milk
- 1 and ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cinnamon sugar, coconut, or chocolate chips for toppings
- Add all ingredients into slow cooker (except toppings) and stir to combine.
- Cook on high for three hours. Serve with desired toppings.
