HOMEMADE ENCHILADA SAUCE

Serves: about 1 and ½ cups
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- ¼ cup wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Combine tomato paste, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, vegetable broth, and salt & pepper in skillet over medium heat.
- Bring sauce to boil, then reduce to simmer for one minute.
