SIMPLE KOREAN BEEF
- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 2 cucumber, diced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- Red pepper flake (optional)
- Sesame seeds
- White rice
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, lime juice, and garlic powder.
- Mix sauce into ground beef.
- Serve with white rice, green onions, cucumber, carrots, red pepper flake (optional), and sesame seeds.
