RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP BAKED OATMEAL

Ingredients
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 and ¾ cups milk
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Stir together oats, baking powder, and salt in a stand mixer. Add in milk, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla and mix until an even batter forms.
  3. Pour into a greased 9x9 baking dish (or equivalent size). Sprinkle raspberries and chocolate chips across batter.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden. Serve with additional raspberries.
