ARUGULA & BACON BREAKFAST SANDWICHES

Ingredients
  • 1 batch fluffy biscuits
  • 6 slices havarti
  • 6 fried eggs
  • 3 cups arugula
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice biscuits in half and layer with bacon, fried egg, and havarti. Broil until cheese is melty.
  2. Toss arugula with olive oil and season with pepper.
  3. Top sandwich with arugula.
