ARUGULA & BACON BREAKFAST SANDWICHES
- 1 batch fluffy biscuits
- 6 slices havarti
- 6 fried eggs
- 3 cups arugula
- 12 slices bacon, cooked
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Slice biscuits in half and layer with bacon, fried egg, and havarti. Broil until cheese is melty.
- Toss arugula with olive oil and season with pepper.
- Top sandwich with arugula.
