PERFECT BURGERS
- 1 and ½ pounds ground chuck
- 1 and ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Season ground chuck with spices, taking care to not over-work meat.
