SLOW COOKER ITALIAN CHICKEN

Ingredients
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 and ¼ cups italian dressing (about 12 ounces)
  • 4 large white potatoes, quartered
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • Parmesan, grated
  • A dash of red pepper flake
Instructions
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Place chicken breasts into slow cooker and pour in italian dressing. Place potatoes and carrots on top.
  3. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  4. Top with parmesan and a dash of red pepper flake.
