(SLOW COOKER!) THANKSGIVING TURKEY BREAST

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 7 pound turkey breast, bone-in and thawed
  • 6 tablespoons butter, sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, halved
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 4 carrots, halved
Instructions
  1. Stir together garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme. Massage dry rub on to turkey.
  2. Place turkey in the slow cooker and layer butter, celery, onions, and carrots on top.
  3. Cook on low for 7 hours.
