(SLOW COOKER!) THANKSGIVING TURKEY BREAST
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 7 pound turkey breast, bone-in and thawed
- 6 tablespoons butter, sliced
- 4 stalks celery, halved
- 2 onions, quartered
- 4 carrots, halved
- Stir together garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme. Massage dry rub on to turkey.
- Place turkey in the slow cooker and layer butter, celery, onions, and carrots on top.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
