PINEAPPLE CURRY RICE BOWLS

Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ cups rice
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 16 ounces curry sauce
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled in ribbons
  • 1 zucchini, peeled in ribbons
  • Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions. Brown turkey in a skillet over medium heat. When mostly cooked, pour in curry sauce.
  2. Serve over rice and top with pineapple, carrots, zucchini, and cilantro.
