PINEAPPLE CURRY RICE BOWLS
- 1 and ½ cups rice
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 16 ounces curry sauce
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled in ribbons
- 1 zucchini, peeled in ribbons
- Cilantro
- Prepare rice according to package instructions. Brown turkey in a skillet over medium heat. When mostly cooked, pour in curry sauce.
- Serve over rice and top with pineapple, carrots, zucchini, and cilantro.
