TOFFEE & COCONUT GRANOLA BARS
- 1 and ¾ cups quick rolled oats
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- ¼ cup coconut
- ½ cup chocolate chunks
- ½ cup toffee pieces
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until uniformly mixed throughout. Press mixture into a greased 9x9 baking dish.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool and slice into bars.
