SLOW COOKER APPLESAUCE

Ingredients
  • 16 apples (about five pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Peel apples and slice into quarters, removing core.
  2. Place in slow cooker and add in cinnamon, lemon juice, and brown sugar.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  4. Stir to break apart apples - as smooth or as chunky as you like.
