HOW TO MAKE STIR FRY WITH TOFU!

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
  • 14 ounce extra firm tofu block, sliced into centimeter square pieces
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flake
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 1 cup soy beans (edamame)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • White rice
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pat tofu dry. Add tofu to pan and saute for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Prepare sauce by blending soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic powder, brown sugar, and red pepper flake.
  3. Add sauce, carrots, edamame, and onion to tofu and saute for 3-5 more minutes.
  4. Top with green onion and sesame seed and serve with white rice.
