homemade ginger sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into food processor and pulse for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
  2. While processing, stream 2 tablespoons water into mixture. Keep refrigerated!
