homemade ginger sauce

Serves: 1 cup
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Combine all ingredients into food processor and pulse for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
- While processing, stream 2 tablespoons water into mixture. Keep refrigerated!
