bubbly garlic cheese bread

- ½ cup butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup italian salad dressing
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Blend butter, garlic and salad dressing together with a hand mixer.
- Slice loaf in half length-wise and slice each half into 8 pieces.
- Arrange bread on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread butter mixture over slices. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
