SNICKERDOODLE APPLE COBBLER

Ingredients
  • ½ batch perfect snickerdoodle dough
  • 4-6 apples, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange apple slices in an even layer in a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Stir brown sugar and cinnamon into apples.
  4. Roll snickerdoodle dough into 1 inch balls.
  5. Slightly flatten and place across the surface of the apples.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
