SIMPLE SESAME CHICKEN

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs whites
  • ¼ cup corn starch
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Broccoli, steamed
  • Brown rices, prepared
Instructions
  1. Whisk egg whites in a shallow dish.
  2. Add corn starch and form a paste.
  3. Coat chicken slices in mixture.
  4. Place chicken in skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together honey, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and garlic.
  7. Pour sauce over chicken and cook for a final 2 minutes.
  8. Serve over brown rice with broccoli. Top with green onion.
