SIMPLE SESAME CHICKEN

- 2 eggs whites
- ¼ cup corn starch
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- ¼ cup honey
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Broccoli, steamed
- Brown rices, prepared
- Whisk egg whites in a shallow dish.
- Add corn starch and form a paste.
- Coat chicken slices in mixture.
- Place chicken in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Pour sauce over chicken and cook for a final 2 minutes.
- Serve over brown rice with broccoli. Top with green onion.
