peach & balsamic goat cheese pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 batch perfect pizza dough
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ½ cup basil, sliced
  • 2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
Instructions
  1. Pour vinegar into a saucepan and allow to reduce on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  3. Roll dough into a ¼ inch thick rectangle shape. Drizzle olive oil on dough and spread with back of a spoon. Top with sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella and goat cheese.
  5. Arrange peach slices and shredded chicken on top of cheese. T
  6. op with basil. Drizzle reduction over pizza.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
