ROASTED SPICED CARROTS

ROASTED SPICED CARROTS from Rachel SchultzROASTED SPICED CARROTS
Serves 3-4

8 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange carrots in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.

Drizzle with olive oil and sesame oil. In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon, chili powder, paprika, salt, and garlic powder.

Sprinkle seasoning over carrots. Roast for 20 minutes.
