Friday nights I like to plan a dinner that’s a bit more of a “culinary experience.”
For that evening, David and I cook together. No photos for the blog. No rush to get dinner on the table and go to a weeknight event. Sometimes it’s a tried and true dish and other times we make something purposefully fancy & complicated. Burgers like this are Dave’s favorite when we’re doing the former.
It’s a little tradition for us. Week in and week out, it proves to have produced many of my very favorite moments.
