SUN DRIED TOMATO BASIL MEATLOAF

August 3, 2013

David’s food soul-mate might be sun dried tomatoes. He just cannot get enough of them. There’s this sun dried spread for toast that he is in love with. It’s expensive though. I remember dating in college and sometimes for groceries he’d buy like, powdered mac & cheese, a loaf of bread, and that spread. He was willing to go without at least three food groups TO GET SOME OF THAT TOMATO-Y GOODNESS. And for that, I respect him. (As well as other reasons.)

I take pre-cautions to include SDT’s in lots of things. I even considered making them homemade once. After a quick google search of how to make them I quickly became tired and needed a nap. Store-bought it is! You won’t even taste the lazy difference in this meatloaf.
