GOAT CHEESE GUACAMOLE

October 24, 2013

Do you like goat cheese? Do you like guacamole? I am a yes on both. This one is a unique feel. I think you would actually be right at home eating it with EITHER tortilla chips OR pita chips. That adds something even more fun to the feel. I think there are lots of types of meals this would go well with. Do you love guacamole in all forms? Do you like freshly squeezing a bunch of limes for the delightful and energizing smell?

  • Hi Rachel,

We are doing a guacamole roundup on Friday for Guacamole Day and wondered if we could include a link to your recipe in our post. We would also like to use your picture and will feature it with your blog’s name.
    Thanks so much.

      Sure! Thanks Linda.

The title of the recipe is what drew me in (avocados and goat cheese together in my favorite dip?!), but I almost didn’t make it to recipe because I loved what you said. I’m a fellow Christian who is quite opinionated on that and, well, basically everything. But I am capable of healthy discussions in which anyone of varying opinions feels respected and actually enjoys talking to me. It makes life fun and interesting. Thanks for the good thoughts and good food!

Explain more how you hate soup!! How do you survive living somewhere cold without it?!

They just never feel as filling!

I like this post! I’m an atheist, but I don’t mind that you’re a christian. To each their own. You don’t shove it down my throat on every post. Yes, you talk about it, you incorporate it into certain blogs, but if I don’t want to read it, I don’t have to. Its all about personal preference.

Also, I can’t stand the Keep Calm stuff either. Time to move to the next stupid saying!

Love your recipes, definitely gonna try this one. LOVE me some guac!

  • I LOVE this post! I am opinionated and live in an avocado orchard out here in California so I feel like today’s post was written expressly for me! I love that you know what you like and will stand by it. The greatest thing is that one of my absolute favorite colors is chocolate brown. It looks nice to my eyes, works far better with my skin tone than black, and is a color that my husband is amenable to in home décor. I love it! I agree with you on burgundy though, too “dirty red” for this girl. I have been reading you blog for a bit now and just love it. Thanks for the time and love you put into all of your posts!

Thanks so much Kelly! Glad to hear it :) And hope the guac turns our great for you!
