PIZZA PUFF PASTRY

January 20, 2014

Like every other family in America, we have pizza night. Sometimes it’s just the pre-made, frozen deal, but other times I like to jazz it up and really impress the husband. He liked this one a lot. Like, so much. To the point where, I was like really? Something this easy got that much of a reaction? Excellent. Noted. I think this is just an example of the reality that puff pastry is a real great product and it is very versatile for home cooks.
