The title of this post alone should signal to you that the game just changed, perhaps longterm. Roasted fruit. In a s’more. It’s so on right now! All you need to add to the ingredient list is a nice, open flame. I used my gas stove top, but other camp-y people can use, you know, a campfire. Or if you are blessed enough to have a fire pit in your backyard then your summer could have just become a little more elevated and delicious.
PEACH S’MORES
Serves 4 s’mores
1 peach, sliced into quarters
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 graham cracker squares
8 marshmallows
Coat peaches in brown sugar. Roast peach over flame for about 30 seconds. Add marshmallows and toast until golden brown.
Serve between two graham crackers.
