I have been absolutely going to town on the strawberries lately. My previous modus operandi was heating up some chocolate fudge sauce and coating a bowlful of berries in them. It was the fastest chocolate covered strawberries ever while being way less messy (and easier to eat while maintaining some elegance.) Well, the fudge sauce ran dry and I needed something else to be a vessel for the fruit to get to my mouth. This friendly fruit dip got made and it is no less convenient or tasty.
STRAWBERRY FRUIT DIP (TWO INGREDIENTS!)
Serves about 2 cups
8 ounces strawberry cream cheese
8 ounces marshmallow fluff (recipe for homemade here)
Stir together cream cheese and marshmallow fluff. Serve with fruit.
