SLOW COOKER HONEY MUSTARD BRISKET from Rachel Schultz

SLOW COOKER HONEY MUSTARD BRISKET
Serves 5-6

2 pound brisket
1 cup beef broth
3 tablespoons worcestershire
1/2 cup dijon mustard
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Rub brisket with salt & pepper. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Make dijon mustard dressing by combining dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt & pepper. Cook brisket in slow cooker for 8 hours on low with beef broth, worcestershire, and dijon mustard dressing.
