BACON MAC & CHEESE CUPS

September 19, 2016

Mac and cheese is my favorite celebratory food. You know I lately have been going for it with this revolutionary method for making the dish. Another of the best things about dear M&C is that kids love it, and sometimes a fun and unique meal with the kids is just what I need. Baking macaroni and cheese IN A MUFFIN TIN makes perfect little portions for tots. And dare I say, even less messy. TOP WITH BREAD CRUMBS AS WELL!

This sounds very good. My mother used to make the best mac and cheese but I don’t think she ever used a recipe – figures, huh? My husband doesn’t care for this much but I love mac and cheese. This recipe would be great in our house because I could make small amounts while making him another dish for dinner. We did have lobster mac and cheese once at a really fancy restaurant in downtown Chicago (we were their guests fortunately – it was very pricey) and we both liked this version alot. Can’t wait to try this!

  • These seriously sound like they were made for me! You had me at bacon…. then you had me drooling at mac & cheese! I wish I had these right now.
