THREE INGREDIENT (ULTRA GOOEY!) COOKIES

August 31, 2017

Just so many selling points for these cookies. The title hits on maybe the biggest two – just three ingredients and super soft. But then there’s also the flexibility that these can be made with any flavor. It is just using a cake mix! So simple. And the other two ingredients are just eggs and oil, which you always have around. TRY IT. Another variation of these is using one less egg and substituting the oil for an eight ounce tub of whip cream topping.

That makes them a little more expensive and you may not have that on hand as readily, but the cookies will be so nicely creamy. (If you use that version, lower the bake time down to 10-12 minutes).
